Meet one of our leaders:
YADHIRA RODRÍGUEZ is a Senior Director at Evertec and is the Director of Compliance and Ethics Officer for the organization.
She has extensive experience in the legal, labor and litigation fields, assisting Evertec in its legal strategy successfully resolving conflict management, commercial issues, communications, employee management, benefits, policies and procedures, among other legal and regulatory matters.
In her current role, Yadhira handles all aspects of regulatory compliance, ethics, and labor and employee-related legal matters for Evertec both in Puerto Rico, and throughout the region.
Before occupying her current role, she served as a Senior Attorney in charge of labor and litigation matters at Evertec; prior to this, she practiced as a labor lawyer in one of the main law firms in Puerto Rico.
She completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico; she has a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico; and with a Juris Doctor also from the University of Puerto Rico.
