ELENA MANRARA GOYCO is the Director of Popular Merchant, a division of Evertec. Elena is a banker turned techie. In a changing environment, her knowledge and experience in strategy and business development, risk management and operations have evolved with a greater focus on technology. Her main areas of focus are client satisfaction, fostering teamwork and achieving sustainable results.
Over the course of her more than 30 years of experience, Elena has held different executive level position in renowned companies and financial institutions in Puerto Rico and the US.
She has an MBA from the School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from Clark University. Daughter, sister, wife, mother of two, friend, enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, the beach, reading, exercising, puzzles and golf.
