Meet one of our leaders:
PATRICIA PARRADO is Evertec’s Technology Manager in Bogota.
Patricia is a Systems Engineer with a specialization in Marketing Management. She has worked at Evertec for 21 years as a Development Engineer, Software Development Manager, Commercial Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and, for the last 2 years, as Technology Manager.
Patricia leads the development and certification teams, which consist of about 70 employees, 14% of whom are women. Her experience has been in the electronic payment processing field, in the financial sector, department stores and compensation funds.
She is passionate about leading work teams and focusing her mind, heart and hands on achieving results.
She was awarded the Evertec Chairman’s Award in 2016, representing Colombia. This award is given by Evertec to the 10 best employees in the countries where it operates.
In 2020 she was among the 5 finalists for the Globant Awards given to women who make an impact in technology in Colombia.
