Recently, Evertec received the news that, for the third consecutive year, it would be included in Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index, which identifies companies committed to transparency in the disclosure of gender-related reports and the promotion of women’s equality. This index also measures gender equality based on five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand.

One of the five finalists for this award was Patricia Parrado, Technology Manager for Colombia, who stood out among a large number of participants due to her professional trajectory, academic training, leadership, and impact on the community.
