As of April 16, 2021, it is required to register the digital logo of your business on the Mastercard microsite. In addition to the registration of the logo, when you log in to the microsite, Mastercard will request additional information about your business such as contact information and physical address.
By sharing your business logo with Mastercard, your customers benefit from greater transaction transparency, reduced cardholder billing disputes, and your business benefit from increased brand presence each time a cardholder views a purchase. Merchants can share their digital logos with Mastercard at no charge.

Maximum file size: 5 MB
File type: SVG is recommended, JPG and PNG are also acceptable.
File aspect ratio: Square logos are recommended.
supply a merchant logo to Mastercard
Merchants can supply a digital logo to Mastercard using the following steps:

Navigate to https://logo.ethoca.com . The site is hosted by Ethoca in conjunction with Mastercard.

Click the Get Started Now button.

Complete the fields. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Click Choose File to upload the digital logo. An Open window appears in the browser.

Navigate to the file containing the digital logo, select it, and click Open. The uploaded file name appears next to the Choose File button.

Review the Mastercard Terms of Use using the link provided.

If you accept the Mastercard Terms of Use, click the checkbox. You must click the checkbox to proceed.

Click Submit. A confirmation screen opens, and the site sends you an email notification with a link asking you to verify the submission.

Click the verification link in the email that the site sends.
Ethoca verifies and approves the logo submission on behalf of Mastercard.
