Giselle González is the manager of MiBanco programming unit at Evertec Puerto Rico.
She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, technology and innovation, oriented in diverse areas such as product management, strategic planning, agility frameworks, process and practice improvements, operation management and customer service. Giselle has stood out for being an agent of change in process improvement implementations that have supported agility and achieving the goals we have set as a company.
In her current role, Giselle leads the group in application development excellence of MiBanco, leader in Banco Popular’s digital banking for its innovative functionalities and which has more than 1 million active customers.
Prior to her current role, Giselle held positions as Project Coordinator and Supervisor of the MiBanco unit at Evertec; Prior to this, she held positions in the pharmaceutical industry in the Technology unit where she stood out as an agent of change, compliance, quality and focus on training. She led projects related to process improvements in the areas of manufacturing and quality and implementations of new technology tools in Puerto Rico, Central America, Europe and Asia.
She studied Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources at the Interamerican University of Cupey in Puerto Rico. She has certifications oriented to agility frameworks, leadership and training focused on addressing improvement opportunities that support the structuring of the local environment.
