Natalia Salgado is a leader in Evertec’s After Sales Team in Chile.
Natalia is a commercial engineer, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has more than 15 years of experience in the area of customer service, coordination and service management.
During her career at Evertec Chile, in 2007 she led the help desk and monitoring teams in the office that Evertec had in Amunategui. In 2013 she moved to Evertec’s headquarters located on London Street to be part of the After-Sales team in charge of the Banco Estado account. In 2020 led the After-Sales area as part of the Customer Service Management and in 2021 she transferred the After-Sales team to the Commercial Management.
Natalia is a person of solid values, leadership skills, ability to establish communication at all levels, assertive, with great learning capacity, perseverant, practical, proactive, with analytical skills and high orientation to achieve objectives.
