EVERTEC now offers its customers its new version of Service Desk Request, the main tool used for both; requests for services and to report incidents they may face. The version was improved by Service Desk, the Customer Support Center of EVERTEC, in order to respond more efficiently and immediately to the needs of customers. Now is most complete, easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere.

  • Get your new situations database, and see if there is a solution to the problem facing before opening an incident
