Our infrastructure is designed to handle temporary spurts of high demand and has the scalability to accommodate your growing business. If processing power or transaction processing demand increases or exceeds capacity, our infrastructure can be easily scaled up by adding additional servers.

Reliability
Our priority is to ensure the services we provide are not interrupted. That’s why our data center is redundant and our infrastructure is equipped with a standby site at an alternate facility to address the most critical hardware malfunctions or unexpected business interruptions in the event of a major disaster.
PCI Compliance and Security
Our infrastructure is constantly monitored by a security team to ensure compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), which were developed by the major credit card companies as a guideline to help prevent credit card fraud, hacking and other security issues.
Support
Our Service Desk operates 24 hours and is the point of contact for your administrative team, who will be able to notify any incident and request assistance. It also provides onsite installation and training, as well as online user manuals and technical support.

Network Operations Center (NOC)
The Network Operations Center (NOC) monitors all your computer or telecommunication networks. The NOC is equipped with the most sophisticated hardware and software tools for network and application monitoring and is managed by dedicated network operators to provide uninterrupted support. Any problem is identified by our monitoring system and taken care of immediately by our operators. The NOC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This way, the NOC provides assistance related to dedicated connections, e-mail, DNS, proxy and other network services. The NOC operators are also in charge of identifying any problem related to Web Hosting and Domain Names.
