Printing Department

Printing Department Capabilities:

  • Prints 345,000 pages per day in Xerox machines, cut-sheet form
  • Prints 3 million pages per day in IDM 4000 machines, cut-sheet and/or continuous form
  • High speed laser printing on Xerox and continuous forms in IBM
  • Fast laser image projection of up to 135 ppm (per printer) in Xerox and 1,000 ppm in IBM
  • Up to 4 feeding trays in Xerox for different types of paper
  • 600 x 600 DPI resolution in XEROX and 300 DPI in IBM
  • Font flexibility (size and highlighting of typography)
  • Integration of data-based graphics (pie charts and bar charts) in Xerox
  • MICR - Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (encoded checks) in Xerox
  • OCR/MICR/Bar Code Generator in Xerox
  • Logo/signature digitizing in Xerox
  • Account statement re-formatting in Xerox and IBM

Distribution Department

We process your mailings on time and at the best postage rate. To ensure the highest quality standards, we process certifications of impressions and stuff mailing pieces. Also, we conduct test runs with clients in order to guarantee our service. We have professionals dedicated to the implementation of new customers. We are members of the Puerto Rico Postage Council (PCC).
